Board of Directors

Paul Viscomi is a lifelong resident of Ormond Beach and has been involved with OBSC since 1983, starting as a youth player in both recreational and competitive programs. A former Spruce Creek High School player and referee, he graduated from the University of Florida and is an avid Gator fan.

He co-owns a long-standing family construction company based in Ormond Beach and currently serves as the President of Ormond Beach Soccer Club. Paul has coached both boys’ and girls’ recreational divisions since 2014, served as a league administrator, and was a previous board member before taking on his current leadership role. He also serves on several local boards and committees, including as the soccer representative for the Ormond Beach Leisure Services Advisory Board.

He lives in Ormond Beach with his wife, Sandra, and their three children — Nick (Father Lopez Soccer and Football), Anna (U13 Waves), and Alexandra (Alex), (U7 Recreational). Paul’s love for the game and his commitment to the community drive his efforts to make OBSC a welcoming, well-run, and enriching environment where players at every level can grow, compete, and enjoy the game of soccer.

Favorite Premier League Team: Chelsea FC

Born and raised in Ormond Beach, Jill Bosang has been part of the local soccer community since the age of 8, growing up playing at the Ormond Beach Soccer Complex. A graduate of Seabreeze  High School, she played varsity soccer all four years and went on to compete at the Division I  level at the University of Southern Mississippi. 

Jill currently serves as Vice President of Ormond Beach Soccer Club, where she brings her lifelong passion for the game and a deep commitment to supporting youth development. She has coached in the club’s recreation program, served as a team manager at the competitive level, and is now a licensed Florida soccer referee. 

Professionally, Jill has worked with the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) for over  20 years, bringing strong organizational and leadership skills to both her career and her  volunteer work. She and her husband Matt have two children, Maxwell (U13 Apollo) and Molly (U11 Waves), who are active players within the club. Jill is dedicated to fostering a positive,  inclusive environment for all players and families and is proud to give back to the community  that has played such a meaningful role in her life.

Mary Wittnebert is a longtime resident of Ormond Beach, where she and her family are deeply rooted and actively engaged in the community. She holds a doctorate from the University of North Florida and has been providing compassionate care and support to the residents of Ormond Beach and its surrounding areas. 

Mary and her husband, Craig, share a passion for soccer that began in their own youth and continues through their sons, Eli and Isaac, who started playing at the age of four with Ormond Beach Soccer Club and now play at the competitive level. Both Mary and Craig have proudly coached their sons’  recreational teams, nurturing not only their skills but also their love for the game. 

Before joining the board, Mary played a key role in launching the Club’s sponsorship program,  demonstrating her dedication to strengthening community ties and supporting youth development. As a board member, she brings a deep understanding of the Club’s mission and a strong commitment to fostering opportunities for young athletes to grow both on and off the field.
