COMPETATIVE LEAGUES
At Ormond Beach Soccer Club, we are proud to offer our players the opportunity to compete in some of the most respected and challenging competitive leagues across the state of Florida. Our mission is to develop well-rounded, confident athletes by providing the right environment and level of play for every team.
Each OBSC team is placed into a league that aligns with their current skill level, competitive goals, and long-term development path. This thoughtful approach ensures that players are both challenged and supported as they grow in the game.
Affiliations
The EDP Florida Competitive League operates in North, Central, South and West Florida and Panhandle, with Subregional, Metro, Local and Junior levels. Teams are placed by geography and competitive level to accomplish the league’s mission of developmentally friendly games, with reasonable travel every week.
For close to 35 years, the Greater Central Florida Youth Soccer League has provided the youth of Central Florida a place to play competitive soccer. GCFYSL is an FYSA-affiliated league with 40 clubs and 400 teams participating each season. From 9U through 19U, GCFYSL provides players of all abilities a quality league that fits their team’s competition level.
The Florida State Premier League (FSPL) exists to provide elite U13-U19 teams with the opportunity to compete against the most competitive teams across the state of Florida. The Florida Youth Soccer Association State Office operates FSPL. Designed to complement the USYS National League Structure, FSPL is a National League Qualifier league with promotion into the NL Sunshine Conference. The overall direction of the league falls under the Florida State Premier League Commission. The commission comprises various Club Directors of Coaching and Club Administrators throughout the state.
The National Premier Leagues (NPL) serves youth soccer by forming and collaborating with leagues, adopting the Players First philosophy and supporting US Club Soccer’s mission to foster the development of clubs.
The North Florida Premier League (NFPL) is a Club based league built on flexibility and collaboration to make the best matchups on the field. Offering schedules for U8 through U19 teams within the Northern region of Florida.
