I’m a former USL goalkeeper, now a dedicated coach and mentor with a passion for developing the next generation of athletes. After playing for Virginia Beach United and training with the San Diego Loyal SC, I’ve transitioned into coaching to share the lessons I’ve learned from the semi-pro and professional ranks. I also proudly represent the U.S. National Paralympic Blind Soccer Team. I run a power washing business, as well as Herron Gaolkeeping, offering elite-level training with a focus on mindset, discipline, and personal growth.

If you could tell your younger self one piece of soccer advice, what would it be?
Fall in love with the process, not just the outcome.
There were times I obsessed over starting, winning, or getting recognized, but I’ve learned that growth happens in the quiet moments: showing up early, training when no one’s watching, learning from mistakes, and building resilience. That’s what separates a player who lasts from one who fades out. Master your mentality, and everything else follows.
