If you could tell your younger self one piece of soccer advice, what would it be?
Perfect ball control(any part of the body apart from the hand), perfect my penetrative passes, and my movements off the ball.

I would like to introduce myself as a new member of the fantastic Ormond Beach Soccer Club. I have been coaching soccer for over 16 years in London, United Kingdom, where I have gained an immeasurable amount of experience in coaching and managing soccer teams.
My current soccer qualifications are UEFA Level 2 in football coaching and Level 2 in Soccer Talent Identification and Scouting. These are internationally recognised qualifications. I’m also a member of the British Football Association Licensed Coaches Club and a trained welfare club officer.
My relevant experience comes from working as a youth traveling soccer coach/manager at different clubs, with age ranges from U8 to U17 boys/girls. Some of my most significant achievements include winning the league 4 times at various age groups, managing school’s U15 Boys District team(a pick of the best players from each schools in the district), successfully represented U13 girls in the Youth World Cup in Sweden 2022, and having number of my players progressed to being signed to professional Soccer/Football Clubs. Additionally, in 2017/2018, I was awarded school district coach of the year in my first year of coaching within the school district.
I have a deep passion for soccer and coaching/management. I enjoy working with and mentoring young people, empowering them to develop not only their soccer skills but also their social skills, self-esteem, confidence, and progressive discipline.
I am pleased to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience within this club. I aim to develop players to challenge themselves to successful competitive levels with key emphasis on the four corners/aspects of learning the game: Physical, Psychological, Social and Technical. Players will learn and develop using the Principles of Play and Technical components when attacking and defending in a safe and fun environment.
I look forward to getting to develop relationships with staff, parents, supporters, sponsors, and most importantly, all the players.
